Our company is looking for a VP, Group Account Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for and oversee their respective team;
  • Strategic and tactical consultation with client, brand champion;
  • Supporting financial reporting and reconciliation;
  • Act as a positive role model for agency at client and industry events;
  • Project a professional, positive attitude toward peers and clients within the department and the agency;
  • Foster senior level partnerships with creative/account colleagues;
  • Assist other members of department/team as needed when workload allows;
  • Vigilantly seek to optimize both Agency services and internal resources;
  • Demonstrate ability to set priorities while handling multiple projects and to delegate work appropriately;
  • Establish credibility with clients at all levels and embody service-oriented attitude;
  • Demonstrate good problem-solving and interpersonal skills;
  • Ensure that all Agency work represents the best we have to offer — strategically sound, arresting creative, and error-free;
  • Remain calm despite high pressure situations;
  • Become trusted and integral strategic advisor to the client team;
  • Uphold Agency quality standards in servicing the Client.

Requirements:

  • Successful history of growing brands and possibly launching brands;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Review and approve proposals and estimates;
  • Education (i.e. degree required);
  • Any appropriate combination of education and experience;
  • Well-developed knowledge of business practices and vendor relations;
  • Responsible for and oversee their respective team;
  • Determine staffing and service needs based on sold business;
  • Understanding of therapeutic categories and disease states, especially oncology;
  • Launch experience required;
  • A bachelors degree preferably in marketing, advertising, communications, or life sciences;
  • Ability to manage and train junior client services staff;
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a healthcare communications agency or pharmaceutical environment;
  • Assist in developing and participating in new business presentations;
  • Proven ability to assess client needs and develop strategic recommendations.
