Our company is looking for a VP of Marketing to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate delivery of promo packages for influencers;
  • Manage various daily marketing operations tasks;
  • Manage execution of ordering and coordinating promotional marketing materials;
  • Manage by example, with a servant leadership approach;
  • Lead and grow a high-performing marketing team while owning our marketing strategy, plan, and annual budgets;

  • Steer the creative direction of the brand and overall messaging for the company;
  • Enforce delivery of a consistent Innovid message across products and solutions;
  • Be a critical point of contact from the company to the marketing organization on day-to-day tasks and responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Possess excellent organizational and communication skills;
  • A minimum of five years’ experience in agency commercial lines marketing, and/or underwriting various commercial lines of business;
  • Proven management skills; understanding of how the dynamics of growth affect company culture, processes and systems;
  • Strong analytical abilities, with a keen understanding of the relationship between customer acquisition costs and LTV;
  • Experience as a member of the leadership team at a growth-oriented company or business unit;
  • Low-ego leadership style and experience managing a team;
  • A natural ability to collaborate well with others across the organization and thrive in a fast-paced and highly-fluid environment;
  • Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product marketing, etc.);
  • Ideally, growth stage experience, serving several million monthly uniques (if consumer) or a large market share (if B2B);
  • Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns which are measurable, scalable, and cost-effective;
  • Product Marketing (required);
  • Strong experience with brand management;
  • Minimum 10+ years experience running a multi-channel consumer marketing organization as a VP of Marketing or CMO;
  • Experience with B2B sales across the enterprise;
  • Undergraduate degree required. MBA highly preferred.
