Responsibilities:

  • Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly;

  • Develops effective sales incentive programs which support company’s goals for growth;

  • Establishes the Journi marketing presence as part of the go-to-market approach;
  • Builds, develops and manages a sales and marketing team capable of successfully implementing sales strategies and influencing the market;

Requirements:

  • Strategic Leader;
  • Experience selling to and leading a team selling to the C-Suite;
  • Minimum of 8 years of Sales Leadership Experience;
  • Proven and verifiable track record of growth required;
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
