Our company is looking for a Wellness Director to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • The ClubCorp Service Standards and the support of the standards through training and practice;
  • ClubCorp standard operating procedures and practices for fitness staff in all areas;
  • Fitness program development, implementation and evaluation;
  • Business development, profit and loss analysis.

Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum 3 years experience in related field and 2 years experience in management or supervision;
  • Y-USA Team leader, Multi-Team Leader or Organizational Leader Certification preferred;
  • Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license;
  • Must be able to multi-task, manage and cultivate relationships as well as have a high level of emotional maturity;
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Retirement Homes Act and other applicable legislation;
  • Business development, profit and loss analysis;
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and organizational skills;
  • Human resources and labour relations experience;
  • Area of Study: Nursing;
  • 3 – 5 years of leadership roles in the senior housing industry;
  • Outlook, and Internet Explorer;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;

  • Ability to work occasional opening, closing, weekend, and holiday shifts;
  • Ability to travel locally- valid driver’s license.
