Our company is looking for a Wellness Director to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- The ClubCorp Service Standards and the support of the standards through training and practice;
- ClubCorp standard operating procedures and practices for fitness staff in all areas;
- Fitness program development, implementation and evaluation;
- Business development, profit and loss analysis.
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum 3 years experience in related field and 2 years experience in management or supervision;
- Y-USA Team leader, Multi-Team Leader or Organizational Leader Certification preferred;
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license;
- Must be able to multi-task, manage and cultivate relationships as well as have a high level of emotional maturity;
- Knowledge and understanding of the Retirement Homes Act and other applicable legislation;
- Business development, profit and loss analysis;
- Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and organizational skills;
- Human resources and labour relations experience;
- Area of Study: Nursing;
- 3 – 5 years of leadership roles in the senior housing industry;
- Outlook, and Internet Explorer;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- ClubCorp standard operating procedures and practices for fitness staff in all areas;
- Ability to work occasional opening, closing, weekend, and holiday shifts;
- Ability to travel locally- valid driver’s license.
