Our company is looking for a West Coast Sales Director to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Gain a thorough understanding of partner business challenges;
  • Understand marketplace trends, innovation and competitive landscape;
  • Grow revenue and renewal business with an active pipeline of client direct and agency relationships;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to propose, close and execute deals;

  • Educate brands on BDG’s audience, offerings and event-based programs to the market;
  • Extensive knowledge within the tech, finance, and/or auto categories;

Requirements:

  • Ability to craft creative media and marketing solutions in order to best solve unique business problems for our partners;
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote, along with sales CRM tools;
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, tenacious drive, and enthusiastic attitude;
  • Attention to detail is a must;
  • A proven track record of measurable success;
  • Established relationships with brands and agencies, specifically within the tech and entertainment categories;
  • Track record of success selling remotely into Large Enterprise companies;
  • B2B, SaaS & CRM experience;
  • Consistent track record of success with $1.5M + quota, Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10% in your company);
  • Can manage install base accounts and create Target list for quarterly account penetration;
  • Experience selling to Call Centers/Sales Organizations, Services or HR;
  • H as worked for an organization that is creating a “disruption”
  • Understands Complex Sales Motions and how to orchestrate organizational resources into account;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills over phone and web conferences;
  • Demonstrated success selling 500k+ deals in Land and Expand model.
