Our company is looking for a Business Initiatives Consultant 3 to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Building models to estimate costs of customer remediation (if required);
  • Maintain an awareness of the state of operational risk across the enterprise;
  • Senior level consulting partnerships including delivery of findings and recommendations;
  • Partner across functions, roles and sites as needed;
  • Establish processes and procedures for operational risk efforts;
  • Sizing estimates for systems fixes to remediate customer complaints;
  • Synthesize data into a compelling story and influence Senior Leadership with recommendations to improve the customer experience;
  • Providing insights, developing strategies, performing analytical support and/or solutions regarding a wide array of business initiatives;
  • Identify issues, control gaps and remediation of both;
  • Develop expertise on multiple systems of record across the enterprise;
  • Establish relationships across the Enterprise Complaints Management Office;
  • Perform highly complex activities related to customer experience, operation risk identification and identifying strategic solutions.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning;
  • 5+ years of commercial loan experience.
