Responsibilities:
- Communicate cross-functionally to establish clean QA/QC practices for all generated data;
- Advise on data management and data science strategies for the entire company;
- Lead and develop a team focused on implementing data science solutions to large NGS datasets;
- Ensure that NGS pipelines are well-managed and working at peak efficiency.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in diagnostics highly desirable;
- ISO/GMP/GCP environment exposure highly desirable;
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills;
- Extensive industry experience in applying data science techniques/algorithms to NGS data;
- PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, etc;
- Previous management experience.
