Our company is looking for a Healthcare Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Implements improvements to services and provides clear program recommendations to other departments (internal and external);
  • Propose new and state-of-the-art technologies and processes that will improve efficiency and enhance the reporting platform;
  • Effectively operationalize SCIO’s analytic and reporting services, policies and procedures;
  • Design, develop-evolve, and implement processes and procedures to ensure compliance with governance policies;
  • Conducting statistical and methodological appraisal and summaries;
  • Reviews analytic deliverable; identifies and resolves data issues and provide recommendations for investigations.

Requirements:

  • Style that fosters teamwork – Working collaboratively with others to achieve common goals and positive results;
  • 5+ years of experience using SAS (including BASE, Macros & Proc SQL);
  • Communicate flawless with clients on various types of projects;
  • Ability to plan and design analytic activities as well as analyze and solve complex problems;
  • High degree of experience applying advanced statistical and/or econometric models in health care analytics;
  • Strong ability to communicate complex data analytics clearly in written and oral presentations;
  • Knowledge of competitive or state-of-the-art analytic and reporting services;
  • Focused with a constancy of Purpose – Align culture, vision, and strategic direction to optimize future results for all stakeholders;
  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience in mathematics, economics, or statistics;
  • Strong SAS skills with the ability to maintain efficiency and accuracy in SAS-driven reporting;
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare data statistics, clinical quality assessment, outcomes reporting, and care management;
  • Proven ability to manage change – Manage, lead, and enable the process of change and its impact on people, process, and technology;
  • Advanced degree with an emphasis on analytic methods/statistics;
  • Undergraduate degree with emphasis on analytic methods/statistics.
