Our company is looking for a Paid Search Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ongoing paid search optimization, targeting improvements, and keyword expansion efforts;
  • Work closely with external partners and vendors including Google and Microsoft;
  • Create and maintain reporting to demonstrate results and track performance over time;
  • Perform daily account and campaign operations, including:New account setup;
  • Responsible for day-to-day campaign management, budgets and optimizations in support of client goals;
  • Manage timely, accurate execution of all direct response campaigns;
  • Build and maintain self-serve and managed service programmatic campaigns;
  • Provide ongoing analysis and optimization of live media based on internal and external media performance reports;
  • Prepare presentation materials for client meetings and regular campaign reporting;
  • Responsible for keeping innovation and technology at the forefront of campaign planning;
  • Stay on top of advertising and theater industry trends and keep Agency’s media planning relevant, cutting-edge, and competitive.

Requirements:

  • Detailed oriented;
  • Bachelors Degree in a relevant field, 1+ years of experience with solid track record in lead generating experience preferably at an agency;
  • Microsoft Advertising Certified Professional, Google Ads, and Google Analytics certifications preferred;
  • Understanding of how cookies, ad service, and performance tracking works;
  • Solution finder;
  • Basic understanding of SEO best practices;
  • Proficient in G Suite and Microsoft Office;
  • Strong presentation and communication skills;
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment;
  • Must be able to read basic webpage source code;
  • Strong work ethic;
  • Possess knowledge of SEM strategies to maximize campaign performance;
  • Understanding of mobile, video and 3rd party ad serving;
  • High level of organization;
  • Professional conduct within and outside the office while conducting agency business.
