Senior Manager, Business Analytics Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Senior Manager, Business Analytics to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance;
- Actively analyze KHC’s US Business and draw powerful insights from large amounts of data;
- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users;
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings;
- Use analytical and statistical rigor to answer ad-hoc business questions and drive business decisions;
- Own complex core analytical models;
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present to Senior Management and be a persuasive advocate;
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects;
- Translate business problem statements into analysis requirements;
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions;
- Managing competing resources and priorities;
- Develop visualizations for ad-hoc requests and projects, as well as ongoing reporting and report automation.
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively with functional business customers at all organizational levels;
- Ability to test hypothesis and select statistical methods to deliver actionable insights – Solid Statistical knowledge is a must;
- Education desired: Master’s degree in Analytics or related field;
- Solid visualization and User experience ( UX ) design skills preferred;
- 8+ years of specific Commercial Analytics experience required. Experience supporting information systems in that domain preferred. experience;
- Solid knowledge of data warehousing design theory preferred.
