Our company is looking for a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience;
  • Directing the work of writing team;
  • Work with marketing, sales, and product development teams to implement business development initiatives;
  • Communicate regularly with user base regarding new features, enhancements and changes to the system;
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, campaigns within Salesforce;
  • Seek out and identify needed system changes;
  • Produce and present financial and business results to the North America East team on quarterly basis;
  • Analyze and document business requirements across multiple departments and systems;
  • Manage corporate Deal Desk processes for the North America East region;
  • Support VP of North America East with their quarterly sales forecast on a weekly basis;
  • Perform ad hoc analysis/reporting;
  • Drive sales reporting and performance analysis;
  • Prepare materials used at business review meetings with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain on a monthly and quarterly basis;
  • Assist sales reps with administration of customer contracts and order forms as required;
  • Create and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Strong understanding of subscription based selling, especially around outbound selling;
  • Ability to map out processes and create work instructions;
  • Make presentations to Dell Leadership on team accomplishments, metrics and goals;
  • Fast learner;
  • Dependable;
  • Ability to take initiative, work flexibly, and set priorities with minimal direct supervision;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities;
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills;
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite. Advanced level Excel skills preferred;
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments with competing deadlines;
  • Advanced analytical, problem solving, communication, time management and organizational abilities;
  • Ability to drive change through collaboration and influence across multiple stakeholders with varied perspectives;
  • 5+ years related experience including data reporting, modeling and operational analysis responsibilities; 3+ years industry knowledge.
