Our company is looking for a Supply Chain Business Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive process improvements for efficient and effective planning in SAP APO or other engines;
  • Create, run and present metrics representing the governance processes;
  • Anticipate problems, identify root cause and be proactive about preventing issues from occurring;
  • Manage weekly and monthly planning reports and ad-hoc analysis to support key business decision making;
  • Monitor and maintain accurate master data and support inventory planning, global constraint production planning and global raw material planning;
  • Provide support on system enhancements and participate in functional testing and data validation;
  • Conducts unit and integrated testing of business processes;
  • Lead support analyst by functioning as primary IS contact for end users;
  • Maintenance and Data Governance of Logistics and Manufacturing related global ERP Master Data;
  • Providing recommendations for improvements in departmental processes and procedures;
  • Document the types and structure of the business processes and procedures (logical modeling);
  • Work with the process owners to understand their requirements to improve and automate how these processes and procedures are performed;
  • Create ERP system documentation and user manuals;
  • Maintains DEMs (Enterprise Process Models/Flows in ERP LN) flows and Roles assignments;
  • Mapping and Configuring business processes in ERP LN and other products, suggesting work-around to ensure that business requirements are addressed.

Requirements:

  • Retail or Apparel industry experience preferred;
  • Bachelor’s degree in operations, industrial engineering, mathematics, statistics, supply chain, logistics, or equivalent work experience;
  • Excel, Access, and advanced planning systems (SAP APO preferred);
  • Ability and interest in analyzing data in the context of the supply chain – understand the business behind the numbers;
  • Supply chain related experience, SAP APO planning or other advanced planning/ERP engine experience;
  • Master data governance experience;
  • Manipulation of large amounts of data using various spreadsheets or similar applications;
  • Analytical, problem solving and project management skills;
  • 3+ years of experience working as an analyst on at least Logistics of Manufacturing domain;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management Information Systems or related experiences;
  • 3+ Year’s experience in Supply Chain Management;
  • 3-5 years of Business Analysis experience working with major ERPs (INFOR’s ERP LN is highly preferred) and 3rd party product integrations;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proven IT knowledge of business analysis process and functions.
