Our company is looking for a Community Outreach Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Track results and ROI on local marketing;
- Ensure market comprehension and adherence to Medicare marketing guidelines and compliance regulations;
- Ability to work independently in the community;
- Daily Travel in Counties in which we offer our Medicare Advantage Product;
- Assist internal and external Sales Agents development of marketing plans and strategies;
- Deliver Medicare educational presentations at community events to seniors;
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve intended results;
- Work effectively with other branches and divisions within the organization to accomplish tasks;
- Maintain confidential information;
- Prepare, edit, and assemble reports required for meetings and presentations;
- Assist in preparation of presentation materials.
Requirements:
- Preferred experience in Medicare Advantage industry;
- Local network and contacts in the community;
- College degree preferred;
- Holds a Health Insurance License (will be required within 90 days of Employment);
- Unrestricted Driver’s License;
- Ability to work in a startup, fast paced environment;
