Responsibilities:

  • Track results and ROI on local marketing;
  • Ensure market comprehension and adherence to Medicare marketing guidelines and compliance regulations;
  • Ability to work independently in the community;
  • Daily Travel in Counties in which we offer our Medicare Advantage Product;
  • Assist internal and external Sales Agents development of marketing plans and strategies;
  • Deliver Medicare educational presentations at community events to seniors;
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve intended results;
  • Work effectively with other branches and divisions within the organization to accomplish tasks;
  • Maintain confidential information;
  • Prepare, edit, and assemble reports required for meetings and presentations;
  • Assist in preparation of presentation materials.

Requirements:

  • Preferred experience in Medicare Advantage industry;
  • Local network and contacts in the community;
  • College degree preferred;
  • Holds a Health Insurance License (will be required within 90 days of Employment);
  • Unrestricted Driver’s License;
  • Ability to work in a startup, fast paced environment;
