Our company is looking for a Creative Copywriter to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply SEO standard methodologies to content writing for articles, blog posts, website pages, and other online content;
  • Assist with interpreting creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts;
  • Support translating VOC into case studies and commercial testimonials;
  • Collaborate with digital marketing team to develop content for inbound marketing campaigns to drive leads;
  • Conduct competitive, industry, or client research for presentations, pitches, or industry analysis;
  • Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Craft messages across multiple channels, including website, social media, display ads, email, webinars, events, etc;
  • Support product awareness, new product releases, and sales enablement through appropriate marketing collateral and materials;
  • Research, write, edit, and proof marketing materials while ensuring consistent brand messaging;
  • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner using brands’ tone and manner;
  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews;
  • Utilize your computer and presentation skills to convey research and ideas through deck creation;
  • Apply research, problem-solving, and creative thinking to translate creative briefs into engaging ideas and creative content;
  • Research, interview, and write meaningful thought leadership materials.

Requirements:

  • This position has an emphasis on creating written content;
  • Demonstrated success in managing a business social media presence;
  • Ambitious learner with a clear desire to communicate with team members;
  • Ability to perform duties with nominal direction; a proactive, self-starter;
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in advertising, media, or agency environment;
  • Excellent analytical, marketing, verbal, and written communication skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues/topics and develop recommendations and action plans;
  • Built-in sense of urgency; meets deadlines;
  • Fluency and mastery in English speaking and writing;
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Communications;
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in English, Writing, Editing, Journalism, Marketing, or similar;
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Google Slides skills to create eye-catching decks;
  • Strong presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a sharp focus;
  • 2+ years of copywriting experience, software industry experience preferred.
