Our company is looking for a Digital Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-touch customer service to our top digital advertisers including weekly account review and advanced monthly reporting;
  • Work closely with General Manager and General Sales Manager on a daily basis to maximize digital revenue and sales integration;
  • Help identify/troubleshoot campaign performance issues and coordinate with our fulfilment teams to implement any required next steps;
  • Work with our sales team and their clients to integrate digital solutions into their media plans. You are part of the Team ;
  • Ability to lead a digital sales team successfully;
  • Optimize company website and suggest different marketing techniques to produce qualified leads for the sales team;
  • Manage content sharing for social media (website, YouTube, LinkedIn, FB, Twitter);
  • Write/manage blog posts (current events, trends, reviews, and help build content);
  • Report on analytics (email, web, social, tradeshow);
  • Design, maintain, and improve website & SEO;
  • Manage behaviors, triggers & alerts through HubSpot (distributor & consumer);
  • Develop strategic marketing efforts through various member organizations, email outreach and advertising opportunities;
  • Manage online marketplaces.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of social media marketing and best practices;
  • Demonstrated flexibility as an analyst or problem-solver;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals;
  • Bachelor’s Degree desired or equivalent work experience;
  • Practical experience in a client-facing position;
  • Proven organization and coordination skills;
  • Basic knowledge of search engine marketing and best practices;
  • Digital media sales or product experience necessary;
  • Strong decision-making skills;
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and best practices.
