Our company is looking for a Junior Copywriter to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Bring new content ideas and formats of storytelling to TSC;
  • Developing an understanding of key audiences to recommend strategic/creative solutions to the team and improve copy;
  • Maintain a sharp eye on the performance of our digital and marketing channels in order to identify;
  • Contribute to the evolution and articulation of the brand voice and identity;
  • Support Billion Dollar Boy with brand creative and graphic design needs (Website updates, brand materials);
  • Work cross-departmentally to deliver winning campaign concepts utilizing influencers that emphasize our unique and groundbreaking creativity;
  • Be an internal content expert – identify trends and opportunities for innovation;
  • Working with multiple clients ? adjusting to each specific brand and driving consistency across all platforms;
  • Collaborating with our digital marketing team to understand how copy is performing and using that insight to refine future copy;
  • Develop strategies to meet brand objectives and deliver ROI;
  • Partner with Marketing to input into asset creation planning and plan for annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly content deliverables;
  • Contribute to the management of our weekly/monthly editorial calendar;
  • Research brands and market trends to develop relevant concepts;
  • Autonomously manage multiple presentations and creative projects at once, with clients and team members located globally, while adhering to deadlines;
  • Ensure campaigns and projects are cohesive, elevated, and well-executed.

Requirements:

  • Independent, creative, proactive thinker;
  • Knowledge of Photoshop & Illustrator is a plus;
  • 2-3 years of experience as a copywriter, preferably in an agency or media environment;
  • Comfortable in structuring and executing long proposal documents;
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, creative, entrepreneurial environment;
  • Excitement to be part of a tight-knit and growing team and industry;
  • English, Native or bilingual proficiency;
  • Significant experience in Google Docs is required, along with a strong comfort level producing in Google Slides;
  • Up to date on digital influencers and content creators in the fashion, beauty and lifestyle space;
  • Previous experience in responding to RFPs is ideal;
  • Bachelor’s Degree required;
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines;
  • Thoroughly understand the unique needs of prospective clients;
  • Strong copywriting skills; will request writing samples.
