Our company is looking for a Parts Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Excellent computer skills, knowledge of SFD and/or MAX beneficial;
  • Track past due invoices on parts accounts;
  • 2+ years related experience (customer service, dispatch, project management), required;
  • We believe it is everyone’s responsibility to promote safety, regardless of job titles;
  • Back-up Dispatch and/or Equipment Coordinator tasks as necessary or assigned Required Skills;

  • High school diploma or GED, required, college degree a plus;

  • Screen customer calls for technical service and forward needs to appropriate parties;
  • Source, purchase, and enter part orders;
  • Field customer inquiries for parts, including identification, provide part numbers and availability;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • We are family owned and operated;
  • Knowledge of packaging service industry is strongly preferred;
  • Position may require non-standard working hours from 10:00am – 7:00pm EST.

Requirements:

  • Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure an efficient and effective repair;
  • Check in, tag and distribute parts immediately upon receipt or by 9am for overnight deliveries;
  • Track incomplete order status (outstanding orders, backorders, and credits) and follow up as necessary.
