Parts Coordinator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Parts Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Excellent computer skills, knowledge of SFD and/or MAX beneficial;
- Track past due invoices on parts accounts;
- 2+ years related experience (customer service, dispatch, project management), required;
- We believe it is everyone’s responsibility to promote safety, regardless of job titles;
- Back-up Dispatch and/or Equipment Coordinator tasks as necessary or assigned Required Skills;

- High school diploma or GED, required, college degree a plus;

- Screen customer calls for technical service and forward needs to appropriate parties;
- Source, purchase, and enter part orders;
- Field customer inquiries for parts, including identification, provide part numbers and availability;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- We are family owned and operated;
- Knowledge of packaging service industry is strongly preferred;
- Position may require non-standard working hours from 10:00am – 7:00pm EST.
Requirements:
- Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure an efficient and effective repair;
- Check in, tag and distribute parts immediately upon receipt or by 9am for overnight deliveries;
- Track incomplete order status (outstanding orders, backorders, and credits) and follow up as necessary.
