Our company is looking for a Photographer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Capture images in tandem with business needs and goals;
  • Enhance or retouch images as needed;
  • Be able to travel up to 20 miles for on location jobs;
  • Work with young athletes and youth sports organizations;
  • Video shooting skills; editing a plus;
  • Consult with customers and management to assess project needs;
  • Collaborate with management to successfully process images;
  • Make selects from shoots and work with external retouchers to edit on-figure and flat photos;
  • Report posting issues immediately;
  • Provide BEST OF & other featured photography weekly;
  • Work with our marketing team to adhere to a consistent style across all product imagery;
  • Learn and maintain a consistent lighting and styling setup across all flats and on-figure photos.

Requirements:

  • Highly organized, energetic self-starter with a strong attention to detail;
  • Must have personal car to drive to location shoots;
  • Self-motivated with several years of professional photography experience;
  • A style mix of documentary, lifestyle, and action photography;
  • Oversee the ordering, receiving, unpacking, assembling, repacking and returning products to stock;
  • Regularly audit images for duplication, inactivity, incorrect naming conventions, etc;
  • Assist the photographer with image cleanup and retouching;
  • Provide assistance to the photographer during setup and shooting;
  • Must have a willingness to accept new project challenges;
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Demonstrated ability successfully focus stacking;
  • Strong knowledge of studio lighting;
  • Excellent knowledge of the market geography and the local street grid and transit system where applicable;
  • Strong digital photography, lighting, and compositional skills;
  • Strong command of using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and Capture One.
