Our company is looking for a QA Documentation Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures files are accurate and easily retrievable;
  • Routes documents for review and approval in the Document Management System;
  • Approves Document Change Controls and assigns effective dates to documents;
  • Ensure the correct and timely input of database entries;
  • Maintains the document archival room;
  • Responsible for filing and maintenance of all controlled documents and records;
  • Maintains documentation manuals to ensure accuracy and current information;
  • Provides additional support and assistance on tasks and projects as directed by management;
  • Checks format and conformance to document templates;
  • Notifies manager of compliance questions and issues;
  • Performs general word processing tasks and support;
  • Participates in training on issues affecting own area of work;
  • The position is the primary technical writer for documents pertaining to production and quality, including policies, programs, etc;
  • Provide training and support to internal service and technical staff on software;
  • Perform software quality assurance testing on applications, software components, and system products.

Requirements:

  • Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred;
  • BA or equivalent experience.
