Our company is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and publish relevant, original, high-quality content;
  • Strive for excellence across your work for Fusion One Marketing;
  • Daily posting and engagement with user-generated content on social media channels;
  • Analyses and reports audience information and demographics, and success of existing social media projects;
  • Identify gaps in the industry and recruit businesses or events as appropriate;
  • Monitor and act on trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy;
  • Developing content contributor’s campaign within the client population of students, administrative offices, etc;
  • Deliver on Social Channel KPI’s (ie., Referrals, ROI, Followers, Engagement, Lead Generation, SEO);
  • Manage all social platforms: Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube;
  • Analyze, review and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results;
  • Work with the Website Development team to publish content;
  • Use data to measure success and growth on various self-set KPIs such as engagement rate, follower growth, etc;
  • Researching and reviewing social media marketing and social content development best practices;
  • Develop organizational elements to implement a proactive process for capturing loyal and satisfied customers;
  • Develop relevant content topics to reach the companys target customers.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated interest in the hospitality/tourism industry;
  • Excellent multitasking skills;
  • Possess excellent communication, organizational and creative thinking skills;
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google My Business;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Work well in a virtual office setting;
  • Experience with social media marketing tools;
  • Ability to travel regularly around the state during work hours and occasionally on longer trips for conferences and seminars;
  • Provide a well-defined virtual office setting/environment in which to work;
  • Deep affinity for brand identity, luxury, design, and visuals;
  • High school diploma or GED required; some post high school education or training preferred;
  • Used social media for business purposes;
  • Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality;
  • Experience managing a brand or organization’s social media platforms;
  • Analytical, and able to identify trends in social data utilizing programs such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Twitter Insights, etc.
