Our company is looking for a Account Executive Sales Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date with pricing/payment plans;
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients;
  • Report to the Director of Operations on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results;
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities;
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Recruiters;
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails;
  • Working with Recruiting team to customize recruiting solutions to increase customer satisfaction;
  • Present our company to potential clients;
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market;
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate services via, temp, Temp-Hire or Direct Hire.

Requirements:

  • Track record of achieving sales quotas;
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations;
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls), networking, marketing drop campaign, etc;
  • Minimum 60% outside sales required;
  • Weekly reports on sales progress and closed business;
  • Keeping track of leads through Our ATS system;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm;
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role;
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics;
  • Experience establishing strategic C-level relationships;
  • Experience with web demos and product presentations to Director level and above;
  • BA or BS degree;
  • 2+ years of proven hunting & closing experience in a SaaS environment.
