Account Executive Sales Representative Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Account Executive Sales Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Stay up-to-date with pricing/payment plans;
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients;
- Report to the Director of Operations on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results;
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities;
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Recruiters;
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails;
- Working with Recruiting team to customize recruiting solutions to increase customer satisfaction;
- Present our company to potential clients;
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market;
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate services via, temp, Temp-Hire or Direct Hire.
Requirements:
- Track record of achieving sales quotas;
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations;
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls), networking, marketing drop campaign, etc;
- Minimum 60% outside sales required;
- Weekly reports on sales progress and closed business;
- Keeping track of leads through Our ATS system;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm;
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role;
- Understanding of sales performance metrics;
- Experience establishing strategic C-level relationships;
- Experience with web demos and product presentations to Director level and above;
- BA or BS degree;
- 2+ years of proven hunting & closing experience in a SaaS environment.
