Our company is looking for a Administrative Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner;
  • Prepare and ship all outgoing materials; (US Mail, UPS, FEDEX);
  • Manage mail machine and the mail supplies;
  • May be required to lift, pack and unpack boxes up to 25lbs;
  • Manage visitor access with the building and maintain security awareness;
  • Create agendas and schedule onsite meetings;
  • Process all catering requests and coordinate delivery to meeting locations;
  • Process multiple monthly expense reports through Concur;
  • Schedules and organizes complex activities such as meetings, travel, conferences and department activities for all members of the department;
  • Assist in vendor credentialing needs to team members including background checks;
  • Handles confidential information;
  • Maintain team member correspondence via TMR email;
  • Data entry to the SAP system including address changes, and performance appraisals;
  • Conduct new hire appointments including creating badges and finger scans as necessary;
  • Provide coverage for Reception and TMR desks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through on projects;
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multi-disciplinary team;
  • Requires Basic Life Support,(BLS), Advanced Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALs) certification through the AHA;
  • Requires a Bachelor of Nursing (BSN); Master of Nursing (MSN) preferred;
  • Requires an awareness and understanding of legal implications of all patient care activities;
  • Requires advanced problem solving; systems thinking and conflict resolution skills;
  • Must be customer service oriented and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Requires knowledge of state and national regulatory agencies ;
  • Requires current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana;
  • Associates degree;
  • Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Enthusiastic team player with strong interpersonal communication skills and customer service focus;
  • Intermediate computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Commitment to confidentiality and integrity towards all team members.
