Responsibilities:
- Performs other related duties as assigned;
- Organize and schedule appointments;
- Clerical duties including but not limited to data entry and review, faxing, copying, filing;
- Compose and type routine correspondence;
- Maintains current organization staffing charts by site;
- Audits various documents to identify and report discrepancies;
- Data entry, intake tracking, daily reporting and monitoring of emails etc;
- staff hiring/termination;
- Payroll;
- Information, etc;
- Assists in financial analysis;
- judgment and discretion;
- Other duties as assigned;
- Staff personnel actions such as benefit changes, employment status personal;
- Follow up on referral forms.
Requirements:
- Must maintain a professional appearance;
- Must be able to pass a background check;
- Phone and client interfacing experience;
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Type 50-60 WPM;
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Critical thinking skills and good judgement;
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience working in a professional environment;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work in a team;
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines;
- Demonstrated attention to detail to accurately complete order entries, research for proposals, and complete reports as needed;
- Ability to work effectively in a team based environment;
- Previous experience with Meridian document control software preferred.
