  • Prepare internal and external documents and communications for team members and partners including conducting research and analysis;
  • Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries;
  • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients;
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
