Our company is looking for a Attorney Recruiter to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Source using internal database, legal job boards, social media and referrals;
- Develop effective strategies to increase the diversity of the applicant pool;
- Conduct screening interviews and evaluate and recommend candidates for interview with client;
- Negotiate compensation and benefits packages and extend to selected candidate(s);
- Review resumes and select candidates for interviews based on the required criteria.
Requirements:
- Skilled at effectively communicating with attorneys across all practice areas;
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, a JD degree would be a plus;
- Proven ability to build strong, positive relationships with both clients and contacts;
- Previous experience with the legal industry would be a plus.
