  • Walking customers into the warehouse so that they can view the product before purchasing;
  • Directing calls to the correct department;
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
  • Order entry and processing;
  • Greeting customers as they enter the facility;
  • Additional duties as assigned;
  • Maintains continuity among work teams by docuyment and communication actions, irregularities, and needs.

Requirements:

  • Highly organized;
  • Previous receptionist experience preferred;
  • Outstanding communication skills;
  • Spanish Bi-lingual required;
  • Customer Focus;
  • Bilingual is a plus;
  • Microsoft Office skills;
  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience;
  • Previous customer service representative experience REQUIRED;
  • Works well under pressure;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication;
  • Exceptional polished appearance;
  • Upbeat personality and demeanor;
  • Multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
  • Type 35 wpm preferred.
