- Walking customers into the warehouse so that they can view the product before purchasing;
- Directing calls to the correct department;
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
- Order entry and processing;
- Greeting customers as they enter the facility;
- Additional duties as assigned;
- Maintains continuity among work teams by docuyment and communication actions, irregularities, and needs.
Requirements:
- Highly organized;
- Previous receptionist experience preferred;
- Outstanding communication skills;
- Spanish Bi-lingual required;
- Customer Focus;
- Bilingual is a plus;
- Microsoft Office skills;
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience;
- Previous customer service representative experience REQUIRED;
- Works well under pressure;
- Excellent verbal and written communication;
- Exceptional polished appearance;
- Upbeat personality and demeanor;
- Multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
- Type 35 wpm preferred.
