Our company is looking for a Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team.


  • Effectively manage multiple projects and assignments through completion;
  • Act as a customer liaison by providing exceptional professional level customer service;
  • Manage the integrity and accuracy of the database;
  • Answer incoming customer and sales representative inquires in an accurate, efficient and courteous manner;

  • Friendly, helpful demeanor with a customer-service attitude;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Prior call center experience needed;
  • Customer service in health care is a plus;
  • Data entry experience and ability to put information into Microsoft Excel;
  • Must be flexible to work assigned schedule;
  • Ability to type a minimum of 30 wpm;
  • 6 months prior call center experience;
  • 1+ years of call center and / or sales experience OR 1+ years of experience working in a call center environment;
  • Tech savvy and computer literate;
  • Experience working with Medicaid or Medicare;
  • Bilingual in Spanish;
  • Ability to pay attention to detail;
  • Familiarity with computers and typing;
  • Experience working in a metric-driven work environment.
