Our company is looking for a Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage multiple projects and assignments through completion;
- Act as a customer liaison by providing exceptional professional level customer service;
- Manage the integrity and accuracy of the database;
- Answer incoming customer and sales representative inquires in an accurate, efficient and courteous manner;
- Maintain and build relationships with key customers;
- Work in a team environment to exceed client expectations;
- Manage and resolve general customer service issues;
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge;
- Ensure that the appointments are scheduled accurately and resolve any scheduling issues or concerns;
- Answer inbound calls from members and assist them with their inquiries;

- Call members to schedule in home visits with a Physician or a Nurse Practitioner;
- Answering inbound calls from premier trucking company clients across the U.S. and Canada;
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Requirements:
- Friendly, helpful demeanor with a customer-service attitude;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Prior call center experience needed;
- Customer service in health care is a plus;
- Data entry experience and ability to put information into Microsoft Excel;
- Must be flexible to work assigned schedule;
- Ability to type a minimum of 30 wpm;
- 6 months prior call center experience;
- 1+ years of call center and / or sales experience OR 1+ years of experience working in a call center environment;
- Tech savvy and computer literate;
- Experience working with Medicaid or Medicare;
- Bilingual in Spanish;
- Ability to pay attention to detail;
- Familiarity with computers and typing;
- Experience working in a metric-driven work environment.
