Our company is looking for a Clerk to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Matching cash receipts to remittances;
  • Data entry with research;
  • Researching items that are not able to be matched;
  • Review pack slips and packages to verify material counts;
  • Process transactions in SAP;
  • Report any discrepancies to the Supervisor for follow up and correction;
  • Complete supply runs or label runs as assigned;
  • Complete Worker Safety Engagement process daily;
  • Operate flatbed burden carrier and fork truck through-out the facility;
  • Maintain and record all required paperwork;
  • Interface professionally with plant customers and fellow team members;
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area;
  • Greet customers entering and leaving the business;
  • Provide exceptional customer service;
  • Accurately process all cash and credit payments.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare administration and medical terminology is preferred;
  • Strong math skills and logic;
  • Ability to multi-task;
  • Career oriented mindset;
  • Ability to communicate effectively;
  • Requires basic computer skills. Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) preferred;
  • High school diploma or GED required;
  • May require a valid Indiana driver’s license with proof of insurance;
  • Organizational skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Ability to listen and communicate effectively;
  • Basic mathematical skills;
  • Proven working experience as a cashier or in customer service;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
