Our company is looking for a Client Director to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Seek out opportunities to improve operational efficiencies in alignment with cost leadership and drive results of process improvement initiatives;
  • Proficient in analyzing large datasets to identify category trends and insights to develop strategic plans that achieve client goals and initiatives;
  • Craft and deliver e-commerce marketing and advertising plans including programmatic advertising, paid search, and promotion planning;
  • Lead account business review and forecasting, planning and staffing meetings as appropriate;
  • Mai ntain a n opportunity funnel to meet both revenue and contribution margin targets;
  • Dev elop deep understanding of client business needs &successfully position firm / self as trusted advisor;
  • Develop a keen understanding of client needs and develop sales strategies to capitalize on revenue opportunities;
  • Own and cultivate the client relationship (up to C-Level) to ensure all client needs are being met and exceeded where possible;
  • Partner with our Talent teams to identify & onboard the best fit consultant(s);
  • Build and manage a versatile team to deliver world class e-commerce strategy and tactics to drive client’s business in e-retailer space;
  • Instill a growth and sales team culture while being accountable for your team’s sales goals;
  • Development and ongoing management of a business plan, inclusive oftarget accounts, target relationships, and target solutions;
  • Identify emerging opportunities for Stackline to launch new business initiatives for both software and services;
  • Ensure team recognizes sales opportunities and communicates to appropriate management groups.

Requirements:

  • Strong manufacturing relationships, ie. Amazon (AWS), Cisco, EMC, Net App, VMware, Service Now, AppDynamics;
  • A large network within the IT leadership community;
  • C Level & VP level relationships at key customer contacts (high end midmarket & enterprise);
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives;
  • Ability to work independently and leverage resources when needed;
  • 10+ years of Enterprise technology sales experience with focus on the Data Center;
  • Financial based selling expertise;
  • 6+ years e-commerce retail experience;
  • Demonstrated experience drawing insights from data to provide recommendations to clients on e-commerce strategy;
  • 8+ years of relevant account management experience;
  • 2+ years direct management experience of team of seven or more;
  • Experience manipulating data with technologies such as Redshift, SQL or similar technology;
  • People who think big, work hard, and solve problems;
  • Communication, both written and oral, skills demonstrated at the C-Suite level with Fortune 500 companies;
  • 8+ years Microsoft Excel experience.
