Our company is looking for a Client Relationship Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Continued professional development through ongoing training and education;
  • Provide additional service recommendations to existing accounts;
  • Cross train to assist within all operational departments;
  • Ability to work any shift within the 8:00 am – 6:30 pm business hours based on need;
  • Track and disposition incoming calls and emails in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system;
  • Process Occupational Health service orders from client submitted profiles in a compliant manner that meet or exceeds departmental standards;
  • Build and cultivate excellent client relationships;
  • Other reasonably related business duties as assigned;
  • Maintain an error rate of 3% or less.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience utilizing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system;

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks to complete assignments with minimal supervision and within established timeframes;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work;
  • Ability to enter data into a computer and work with various computer programs and navigation of multiple websites and databases;
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in customer service/call center and data entry;
  • Ability to work with and maintain confidential information;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
