Our company is looking for a Client Service Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and direct client activities with other team members and assist as necessary;
  • Maintain client paper files and electronic data files in a timely manner;
  • Review activities within the job scope for sufficient controls to prevent errors and misstatements of financial results;
  • Draft functional specifications and assist project development cycle;
  • Assist school district administrators with Tier II support inquiries via email and telephone;
  • Opening new accounts with various banks, reviewing fund subscription documents, and preparing due diligence requests;
  • Research products, pricing, and complex issue resolution;
  • Focused on assisting the manager in delivering and coordinating client services;
  • Manage multiple and competing priorities daily;
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the Financial Advisor;
  • Providing exceptional service and flawless execution on client requests, inquiries, and transactions;
  • Participate in special projects and identify process improvements;
  • Respond to client requests by providing detailed analysis and feedback up until resolution;
  • Support in the administration of trust, investment, retirement accounts;
  • Drive continual improvement of the client service processes and strive for a world class client experience.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills to interface with clients, prospects, custodians and colleagues;
  • Working knowledge of securities industry, broad understanding of capital markets, their practices on how products trade, settled and are invested;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Ability to organize time and perform tasks with minimal direction;
  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat;
  • Technical knowledge of investment industry to include contract provisions and renewal processing;
  • Extreme attention to detail and accuracy skills;
  • Education: Required- High School Diploma/ GED; Preferred- Bachelor’s Degree;
  • Superb organizational, project management and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel;
  • Understanding of the Bank’s structure and identify opportunities to utilize Bank resources to meet client’s needs;
  • Experience with common portfolio management systems (Tamarac, Axys, Orion);
  • At least 1 year of related experience.
