Our company is looking for a Client Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for potential customers via phone;
  • Evaluate and secure appropriate service level and client approval for the recommended scope of work.

Requirements:

  • Track record of successfully navigating high-pressure situations;
  • Ability to work independently, with limited oversight, and with a strong sense of personal accountability;
  • Background in problem-solving, multitasking, and prioritization;
  • 7+ years of experience in a project management or customer service role, ideally within a professional services industry;
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers based on empathy, compassion, and transparency;
  • Some college preferred;
  • Pre-sales and/or customer service experience;
  • Networking industry knowledge;
  • Self-starter with demonstrated experience engaging cross-functional/virtual teams and building strong relationships;
  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects;
  • Understanding of the Cisco sales organization a plus;
  • Experience in the managed services industry a plus;
  • Understanding of large business organizations and buying cycles a plus;
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
