Our company is looking for a Commercial Loan Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Process payment reversals, accrual adjustments, advance requests, payoff and maintenance transactions daily;
  • Accurately and timely processing of all advance requests for loans including loans tied to a borrowing base;
  • Ensure all incoming requests are handled in a timely and manner and according to the banks procedures;
  • Complete required post conversion maintenance during conversion weekend;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and security of customer and bank assets;
  • Provide answers to more complex Commercial and Consumer Real Estate loan customers regarding loan credit agreement terms;
  • Responsible for timely and accurately answering questions and completing incoming customer service requests from internal and external customers;
  • Accurately and timely process adjustments for payments when needed;
  • Assist with projects within department as needed as well as cross train in other functions;
  • Accurately calculate required accrual adjustments for reversal transactions to ensure adjustments are correctly completed;
  • Communicate with lenders and assistants to answer complex questions relating to the Commercial and Commercial Real Estate Loan Portfolio of the bank;
  • Daily accuracy and timely changing with loan parameters all loan rate indexes associated with all loan portfolio types;
  • Produce accurate results and meet deadlines;
  • Timely check the inbox to handle specialized requests items and complete per service level agreements.

Requirements:

  • Extraordinary attention to detail;
  • High School Diploma required; Associates Degree strongly preferred; Bachelor’s Degree Preferred;
  • Ability to work efficiently with supervision;
  • Ability to navigate regulations and rules;
  • Ability to establish and maintain productive interpersonal business relationships with internal and external customers;
  • Ability to prioritize time and tasks with Manager input;
  • Two years of banking experience in loan processing, loan operations, or related field;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • The ability to work in a dynamic environment.
