Our company is looking for a Concierge to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the flow of Residents in the lobby, ensuring that our Residents are helped in a timely fashion;
  • Ability to pleasantly communicate with Residents;
  • Answer telephones and respond to Resident requests;
  • Maintain confidentiality and HIPPA regulations in accordance with facility policies;
  • Assist with set-up and breakdown of events;
  • Assist with managing an efficient flow of service;
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner;
  • Register VIP guests, as needed;
  • Respond to special requests for services including, but not limited to, dentists, doctors, child care, florists, etc;
  • Coordinate efforts with team mates in other departments to fulfill the needs of our members;
  • Ability to perform other duties as assigned by the District Manager;
  • Manage and organize the delivery of resident packages by accepting packages, arranging the delivery of the package and notifying the resident;
  • Follow up with residents;
  • Other duties as assigned Qualifications* Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality;
  • Create forms, run reports, do internet research, and complete other clerical duties.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that may change based on the needs of the business;
  • Must have a general understanding of the needs of seniors;
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds unassisted;
  • Possession of strong organization skills;
  • A desire to learn and seek new challenges;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Must be able to provide at least 15 hours of availability per week including one weekend day;
  • Perform all other physical aspects of the job including bending, squatting, lifting, climbing, and walking;
  • Available 7 days a week from 9am to 6pm to take and place orders for our customers;
  • Cash Handling;
  • Attention to detail and quality;
  • Must display excellent verbal and written communications skills;
  • Customer Service;
  • 3+ years’ experience of working in a Customer Service position;
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
