Customer Relations Specialist Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Customer Relations Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Performs other duties as assigned;
- Receives and processes field collections from contractors;
- Balances daily receipts and cash drawer;
- Provides general service support and basic troubleshooting activities and schedules service calls in compliance with company policies;
- Stays current with all changes in CSR processing tasks and pricing changes;
- Greets customers and handles general billing and service inquiries;
- Receives and processes payments and equipment from customers;
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience—scheduling experience in a service industry preferred;
- Interact with customers via phone, email and chat;
- Use innovation and creativity in developing new processes and procedures;
- Negotiate pricing, terms and other contractual issues;
- Follow-up and expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery;
- Problem-solve to find creative solutions to customer inquiries;
- Order processing;
- Manage internal aspects of customer accounts and coordinate with customers, sales, and procurement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience—scheduling experience in a service industry preferred.
