Our company is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • In designated locations, may be a secondary key carrier responsible for basic and detailed opening and closing responsibilities;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Effectively communicate with all associates, management, and customers; interprets and retains information and applies knowledge appropriately;
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, safety and environmental rules;
  • Maintain an organized and neat shop;
  • Provide our customers with technical support when navigating PillPack.com;
  • Serve customers in a timely manner to ensure we are maximizing our relationship with them;
  • Understand each interaction is about more than solving a single problem, but an opportunity to build a long-term relationship;
  • Take a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish;
  • Work a flexible schedule – shifts will possibly start and end outside of normal business hours;
  • Assist customers over the phone and on the web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions;
  • Help answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and co-pays, as well as shipping needs;
  • Managing both inbound and outbound calls;
  • Proactively identify solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction;
  • Be an expert on PillPack and provide a best-in-class service experience for our customers while working in a fast paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills;
  • Strong verbal communication skills;
  • Valid driver’s license;
  • One year of related experience in the automotive service environment;
  • Ability to work Days, Nights, Weekends, Holidays;
  • One year of sales experience preferred;
  • Experience navigating and troubleshooting the internet;
  • 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience;
  • 6+ months of relevant experience working with computer and web based tools;
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills;
  • 6+ months of relevant customer service experience;
  • Experience working in a customer service or call center;
  • Experience working in healthcare environment;
  • Reliable vehicle is an asset.
