Our company is looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers within the queue to minimize any wait time and provide the most efficient service possible;
  • Research possible distributor related issues using inside resources to resolve problems promptly and courteously;
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management;
  • In-depth knowledge and mastery of LifeVantage commission plan and ability to understand how promotions affect commissions;
  • Take inbound phone calls to support Inbound Reservations when call volume dictates;
  • Handling inbound customer calls to provide exceptional customer support in a timely manner;
  • Full understanding of key performance indicators, such as: cancellation rates, revenue production, and tour arrivals;
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing;
  • Handling escalated issues and take Supervisor calls that arise through the inbound reservations department;
  • Must be in attendance for duration of training schedule. Job Requirements;
  • Work varied shifts as needed;
  • Create brand ambassadors for our client and their clients;
  • Remain calm and confident under pressure;
  • Coordinate with other agents to efficiently manage the call queue and answer all incoming calls and emails;
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer service.

Requirements:

  • Must be computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications;
  • Excellent oral communication skills and the ability to speak clearly over the phone;
  • Complete pre-employment background check;
  • Microsoft Office, Word, Excel experience required;
  • Exceptional listener with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Ability to handle high stress environment;
  • Willingness and flexibility to work during our posted business hours: Weekends 9am-5pm and Weekdays 7am-7pm;
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated to autonomously deliver high-end results;
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills;
  • Must have some sort of applicable Customer Service, Tech Support or Billing Support experience;
