Responsibilities:

  • Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and current clients;
  • Assist the Communications Department as needed;
  • Answer incoming calls, greeting callers, providing information, transferring calls or taking messages as necessary;
  • Contacting and communicating with customers to identify RV needs;
  • Ability to build value in our product;
  • Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers;
  • Supplies information to callers and records messages;
  • Work closely with our Sales Professionals;
  • Page individuals to inform them of telephone calls, using paging or interoffice communication equipment;
  • Operates a paging system to relay in-house announcements or call individuals to phone;
  • Perform clerical duties, such as typing, proofreading, accepting orders, scheduling sales appointments;
  • Know our product as well as the competition;
  • Assist customers through the entire buying experience via telephone or email;
  • Pursue all avenues to generate sales;
  • Complete daily tasks set forth by upper Management.
