Our company is looking for a Customer Service Representative – 2nd Shift to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to customers to gather continuous feedback;
  • Provide recommendations to improve internal dashboards and the product based on interactions with customers;
  • Leverage internal tools to research and resolve customer requests thoroughly and accurately;
  • Deliver a best in class customer experience by promptly responding to customer inquiries via email and phone.

Requirements:

  • Professional phone demeanor;
  • 1+ yr. customer service experience, preferably call center;
  • Familiarity with Excel;
  • Willing to go the extra mile attitude;
  • Basic knowledge of spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel), scheduling tools (Gmail), and social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, etc.);
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Able to work 2nd shift (12:00 pm – 8:30 pm) with shift differential compensation;
  • Prior customer service and/or insurance industry related experience;
  • Ability to be timely, patient, and attentive to customer needs and requests;
  • Detail oriented with affinity for multi-tasking;
  • Friendly disposition with natural ability to read customers and use positive language in customer correspondence;
  • Willingness to learn and ability to gain deep knowledge of the insurance product and smartphone app;
  • Compensation: $17.00/ hr at our Easton Location.
