Our company is looking for a Customer Service to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner;
- Assist Customers in preparing their orders;
- Ensure the highest levels of customer service;
- Data entry;
- Interacting with customers by phone, email, or in person in order to take orders;
- Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services via phone and email;
- Guarantee satisfaction and value for our customers;
- Assist with administrative duties such as word processing, filing, & copying;
- Social Media post;
- Clean work area and maintain a tidy store (it’s a crumby job!);
- Maintain and coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars for the beach team;
- Prepare made-to-order sandwiches;
- Package products and maintain retail displays;
- Conduct and record client follow up for specific programs;
- Ensure that all orders are confirmed daily with vendors and customers.
Requirements:
- Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have;
- Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employees;
- Friendly, helpful demeanor with a customer-service attitude;
- Must have been on a job for at least 1+ years;
- Background in vaping basics;
- Responsible and proven ability to maintain accurate paperwork and commitments;
- Desire to Grow;
- Able to handle a fast paced environment;
- Communication Skills;
- Resumes, test scores will be reviewed by our Client and they will determine the interview;
- Strong organizational skills;
- E-Verify;
- Positive communication skills with customers, coworkers and management;
- Weekend availability required (ABSOLUTE MUST);
