Our company is looking for a Data Clerk to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Input or update data into a technology database for project labels, documents, and payroll;
  • Some technical writing skills. 24-32 hours/week;
  • Responsible for designing and creating new spreadsheets in order to better organize information.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of general clerical or accounting experience;
  • Have strong communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels within an organization;
  • Be able to work in a dynamic, changing environment;
  • Strong Microsoft office experience, including Excel;
  • High School Degree or GED;
  • Be willing to learn and grow into a productive long term member of the team.
