  • Interview coordination for Marketing and Strategy/PMO team through outlook;
  • Office supply management for Marketing and Strategy/PMO team;
  • New hire onboarding for Marketing and Strategy/PMO team.

Requirements:

  • Print Daily reports,
  • Able to complete tasks that are assigned;
  • Process A/P;
  • Self motivated and ambitious individual;
  • Flexibility;
  • Create Arrival Report for Fleet;
  • Shipping Complete tallies for Warehouse load;
  • Daily Shipping Report;
  • Coordination.
