Our company is looking for a Digital Experience Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages performance standards, expectations and goals to ensure objectives align with the credit union’s strategic plan and digital strategies;
  • Assists in development of Digital’s utilization strategy and key performance indicators (KPIs);
  • Ensures Digital systems’ up time and functions are maintained at an acceptable level, per SLAs with all stakeholders and third parties;
  • Plans and managers the execution of UX & functional changes by developing product/feature launch strategy with all stakeholders;
  • Ensures alignment between all member-facing digital experiences;
  • Collaborates and assists in the development of marketing, advertising and educational efforts related to the Digital Channel;
  • Manages all technical and software development efforts to transform member experiences;
  • Evangelizes new and innovative technologies, solutions and best practices;
  • Ensures user experience for Digital Channel is consistent with the First Entertainment brand and is intuitive and member-friendly;
  • Supports digital’s vision and strategies and leads efforts to enhance digital experiences in various relevant channels;
  • Monitors and manages channel metrics and all feedback to align digital efforts with goals of the organization;
  • Ensures UX, functionality and overall experience are optimized to meet member demands;
  • Maintains an understanding of emerging industry experience and technology trends, leveraging knowledge to guide the execution of Digital strategies;
  • Provides day-to-day oversight and management of the Digital Team and the department’s related operations;
  • Monitors and analyzes member trends and recommends plans to effectively meet the changing member needs within Channel.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Significant experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivery partner efforts to achieve program objectives;
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills — you use data and metrics to back up assumptions, test hypotheses, and evaluate results;
  • Ability to balance the ideal operational state with doing what it takes to deliver on goals;
  • Prior experience with web analytics, SEO and A|B testing;
  • Demonstrates technical acumen, with broad knowledge of technical trends and new solutions;
  • Proven experience in building and managing stakeholder and team member relationships at all levels;
  • Bachelor’s Degree (MBA strongly preferred);
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • 5+ years web product management or web product marketing experience;
  • Strong management skills with a professional attitude;
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Digital Technology or a technical discipline;
  • Ability to work with structured development methodologies with an emphasis on an iterative approach;
  • Possess thorough knowledge of online, mobile and all other Digital Banking services, iOS, Android and other mobile & online software applications;
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize with minimal direction.
