Our company is looking for a Director of Client Services to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute regularly to the growth of the agency’s business and long-term strategy;
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with client senior leadership;
  • Lead proposal efforts and manage new business pitches from development to signature on designated accounts;
  • Develop and implement plans and programs to support day-to-day account activity and long-term business objectives;
  • Coach, mentor and supervise team; demonstrate strong leadership, provide direction and professional development;
  • Oversee and update branch calendar including Out-of-Office communications to LPL;
  • Work in partnership with the Business Development and Account Management teams to develop new business, grow accounts, and retain clients;
  • Assist clients through difficult life events such as death and divorce, and facilitate all necessary paperwork and documents;
  • Protect sensitive client data by securing the physical office files;
  • Establish and maintain all compliance files required by LPL Financial and IAA;
  • Lead a team of professionals – both direct reports and via global delivery;
  • Lead team to drive strategy, and pitching of new and innovative campaign ideas;
  • Understand the technical requirements and methodologies in the IT field;
  • Other duties as assigned;

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of leading digital advertising platforms like Facebook, Google, etc;
  • 5+ years’ experience in account management required;
  • 5+ years of experience in financial services or related industry preferred;
  • Proven ability to proactively solve problems with a positive attitude;
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Strong writing skills for use in one-on-one client communications and mass marketing materials;
  • Familiarity with Influencers;
  • Experience with common office hardware and software tools including MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
  • Strategic problem solver;
  • Basic knowledge of marketing and advertising terms and processes;
  • Proficiency with MS Office and experience with a CRM or ATS (applicant tracking system) is preferred;
  • 4+ years’ experience fraud/risk management;
  • QSR, Petrol, Grocery, Retail, Hospitality, Travel, Luxury, or other industry experience;
  • 2-7 years of experience in the IT Staffing Industry.
