Our company is looking for a Dispatcher Customer Service to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Track multiple technicians throughout Ohio and their location through the day to determine most efficient route for job assignment completion;
  • Manage inbound phone calls from technicians with updates on assigned jobs;
  • Continuously assign jobs to technicians using internal software;
  • Analyze, evaluate and report traffic performance data;
  • Provide technical support to call center personnel if needed;
  • Record and maintain files or records of customer requests, work or services performed, charges, expenses, inventory, or other dispatch information;
  • Other clerical work as necessary, such as invoicing and posting accounts receivables payments;
  • Route trucks and prioritize deliveries;
  • Order entry;
  • Answer incoming sales calls;
  • Relay work orders, messages, or information to or from field crew members, supervisors;
  • Collect, review, and file driver paperwork;
  • Ongoing training about our products and services;
  • Provide in-person customer service.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to adapt easily in a fast-paced work environment;
  • Be the eyes and ears of the driver force and their biggest advocate;
  • Work closely with Customer Support to resolve customer issues;
  • Be courteous and polite in all communication;
  • Be service oriented & a team player;
  • Be able to prioritize tasks among competing requestsEscalate issues to management;
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
