Our company is looking for a Distribution Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Escalates deviations in process or product to supervisor, to ensure on-time delivery of material and return of rejected or unsuitable orders;
  • Support other departments per special requests as well as kitting materials for Manufacturing;
  • Builds, prepares and stages outbound deliveries of orders for external customers;
  • Adheres consistently to SOPs and cGMPs;
  • Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods;
  • Pick and fill customer orders with RF handheld;
  • Operate and Maintain Forklift and other machinery;
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned;
  • Package and box orders in preparation for shipment;
  • Assist as needed with repair of warranty returned products;
  • Maintain a work environment that focuses on Cleanliness, Safety, and 5S Practices;
  • Ship Orders through Avante;
  • Complete a Year End Physical Inventory;
  • Unload and sort product from containers;
  • Put away finished Product from unload process.

Requirements:

  • Good problem-solving skills;
  • Must be able to work overtime;
  • Highschool diploma;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Basic Computer skills;
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs;
  • Three years experience in a Distribution Center.
