Our company is looking for a Entry Level Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform all other office tasks;
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events;
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents;
  • Greet and assist onsite guests;
  • Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations;
  • Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research;
  • Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts;
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail;
  • Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party;
  • Greet and assist visitors;
  • Be able to work a multi-line phone;
  • Candidate must also be proficient in Microsoft Office to include: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Windows;
  • Must be able to prioritize assignments and work well under pressure;
  • Must have conference room management experience;
  • Must type a minimum of 60 wpm.
