Our company is looking for a Executive Sourcer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Executive Recruiting team and senior business leaders to understand current as well as future gaps at the executive level;
  • Implement scalable sourcing strategies that proactively identifies, engages, and activates the top executive level talent in the market;
  • Create talent maps to proactively identify key executive talent at our competitors;
  • Provide data driven recommendations to guide decision making related to diversity recruiting strategies and goals;
  • Provide direct sourcing support which includes engaging, assessing and activating executive level talent for our most critical searches;
  • Leverage competitive research and market intelligence to influence our future talent pipeline of Salesforce Executives.

Requirements:

  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect with prospects across multiple functional areas with a focus on technical executive talent;
  • Experience with talent mapping, competitive research, and market intelligence to build talent pipelines for future hires;
  • 5+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting;
  • Advanced knowledge of existing sourcing techniques, tools and methods;
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
  • Demonstrated success in identifying, engaging and activating executive level talent;
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive results.
