Our company is looking for a Executive Staff Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support to the other Offices as required;
  • Develops complex tabular reports and presentations of information utilizing knowledge of Excel, including statistical formula;
  • Monitors & screens incoming and outgoing correspondence and action documents to ensure that responses and deadlines are managed in a timely manner;
  • Provides recommendations on administrative problems, actions, and plans. Coordinates and provides oversight for meetings and logistics.

Requirements:

  • Ability to prioritize, organize and follow through on action items;
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written;
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills;
  • Proven project management experience is required;
  • Federal Government experience desired and previous Capitol Hill experience a plus;
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred (atleast an Associates’) and a minimum of 6 years’ of related continuous experience;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with an emphasis on Excel; Access is desirable;
  • Working knowledge of the SWIFT system, Share Point and the government acquisition system UFMS.
