Our company is looking for a Field Service Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Field Service Representative will have extensive software, hardware, and network troubleshooting experience;
  • Demonstrate and utilize an extensive knowledge of networking principles and system configuration tasks;
  • Create virtual machines as required to support upgrades, patches, modifications, or mission requirements;
  • Configuring and troubleshooting VOIP trunks and devices;
  • Assist customer unites with troubleshooting and configuration assistance beyond the capability of the RHN operators;
  • Troubleshoot problems and take corrective action on a timely and effective basis;
  • Configuring and troubleshooting Firewall Rule Sets and IPS implementations;
  • Install, configure, and maintain the vCenter server instance and it’s applicable database server/services;
  • Provide On-The-Job training to RHN operators on operational changes as a result of problem resolution, IAVA updates or software upgrades;
  • Configuring and troubleshooting GRE and DMVPN tunnels;
  • Read and interpret technical drawings;
  • Configuring and troubleshooting OSPFv2, OSPFv3 and BGP routing protocols;
  • Perform configuration and troubleshooting of satellite systems to include TDMA, FDMA, and NCW Modems;
  • Understand and demonstrate signal flow of both satellite and baseband systems;
  • Install configure, and maintain all ESX/ESXi hosts within the environment.

Requirements:

  • Required SEC+, and Computing Environment (CE) certification to meet IA Level II. Primary operating environment, MS Windows MCSA;
  • 06 years w/High School Diploma in lieu of degree;
  • 03 years w/Bachelor’s Degree Minimum years’ experience;
